Are you a Paid Media specialist ready to take ownership of strategy, influence commercial outcomes, and help shape the future of a growing digital marketing agency?

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded agency working with a diverse portfolio of clients, where you'll play a key role in driving performance, leading strategic thinking, and mentoring a talented team.

As Paid Media Manager, you'll take responsibility for developing and delivering paid media strategies that generate measurable business results. You'll work closely with clients, guide campaign direction across multiple channels, and help identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and lead paid media strategies across a range of client accounts
  • Manage campaign performance across PPC, Paid Social and other digital channels
  • Make informed budget allocation decisions to maximise ROI and commercial impact
  • Work closely with wider channel specialists to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead client presentations, strategic reviews and performance discussions
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and AI-driven efficiencies
  • Contribute to business development activity, proposals and pitches

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and digital performance marketing
  • Experience developing strategy as well as managing delivery
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of how media investment drives business growth
  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching or managing team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • An interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI
