Growth Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS
Location - Central London (Hybrid working, 4 days office based, 1 day working from home)
Salary - up to £80k based on skills and experience
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing B2B SaaS business and take ownership of UK marketing activity, helping to build brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and support ambitious growth plans.
A key part of the role will be leading the UK events strategy, with responsibility for delivering approximately 8 events per year, including executive roundtables, conferences, webinars, and networking events.
The target audience is predominantly senior decision-makers, including:
• CFOs
• CEOs
• HR Directors
• Board Members
• Financial Advisers
Working closely with sales and senior leadership, you'll be responsible for creating meaningful engagement opportunities with these audiences, helping to build credibility, trust, and commercial opportunities within the UK market.
Alongside events, you'll drive initiatives across content, organic growth, partnerships, and market positioning, acting as the voice of the UK market internally.
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within B2B SaaS, technology, professional services, or other knowledge-led sectors, and who enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Whilst part of a business generating approximately £100m+ turnover, this division retains a much more entrepreneurial and agile culture. The environment will suit someone who enjoys operating with autonomy, building new initiatives, and helping shape the next phase of growth.
Candidates who have previously joined organisations during a scale-up phase, or who have helped build marketing functions within growing businesses, are likely to adapt particularly well.
