Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive measurable revenue and new student enrollment Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality school partners and student ambassadors that align with our brand values Continually analyze performance metrics to refine commission structures and promotional tactics for maximum ROI Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship building Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, key metrics, and growth initiativesRequirements:
2+ years of demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships and manage diverse affiliate relationships Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and analytics software (like Google Analytics) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferredBenefits:
