Position Overview As the Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing department that drives measurable revenue growth. You will unify paid, organic, email, social, and affiliate channels into one coordinated engine while owning launch performance, funnel optimization, and strategic team expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced growth environments and enjoys building systems from the ground up. You will partner closely with executive leadership, lead a lean team, and ensure marketing becomes a predictable, scalable growth function.
Position Responsibilities Build and lead a unified multi-channel marketing engine across paid, organic, email, social, and affiliate channelsOwn marketing strategy and execution for key launches, including campaign architecture, sequencing, and revenue targetsLead funnel strategy and conversion optimization across all offers and customer journeysDirect affiliate marketing strategy, partner performance, and ongoing channel growthDevelop scalable systems, workflows, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and outputManage, mentor, and grow the marketing team while identifying future hiring needsPartner with executive leadership on budget allocation, priorities, and growth strategyDiagnose performance issues quickly and implement solutions tied to measurable outcomesBuild AI-first workflows and leverage automation to maximize team productivityEnsure all channels operate with clear direction, alignment, and accountability Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Proven experience leading marketing functions in high-growth digital businessesExperience building unified acquisition systems across paid, organic, email, and social channelsStrong understanding of funnel strategy, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metricsDemonstrated success owning revenue targets and launch-based marketing initiativesExperience managing affiliate or partnership acquisition channelsStrong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teamsAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when neededStrong communication skills with executive presence and decision-making confidenceExperience leveraging AI tools and automation within marketing workflowsComfortable operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments with high accountability Nice to Have Experience in education, coaching, info-product, or creator-led businessesFamiliarity with EOS or similar operating systemsExperience managing seven-figure launches or high-volume enrollment campaignsExperience in remote-first organizations Dream Teammate Our ideal teammate:
