Media & Data Manager, Streaming Marketing (Los Angeles, Hybrid) 9 month long assignment 40hrs a week, Mon- Fri Pay Rate - $48/hr (w2, eligible for benefits!)

We're seeking a Media & Data Manager to support a high-profile streaming marketing organization. This role sits within a fast-paced post-production team and is responsible for managing media assets, metadata, workflows, and vendor coordination to support the creation and delivery of trailers, promos, TV spots, and digital marketing content. Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of video and audio assets to creative agencies, editors, and post-production vendors. • Coordinate delivery of source materials, editorial cuts, and final marketing assets across multiple stakeholders. • Create and manage work orders, asset requests, metadata, and deliverable tracking. • Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and post-production teams to ensure assets are accurate, accessible, and delivered on schedule. • Utilize DAM, MAM, or PAM systems to locate, organize, and maintain media assets. • Support vendor onboarding, asset security compliance, and troubleshooting of delivery issues. • Maintain campaign trackers, databases, and reporting tools to ensure workflow accuracy. • Assist with process improvements, documentation, Airtable migration initiatives, and special projects. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in media management, post-production, creative operations, or marketing production. • Experience working within entertainment, streaming, studio, agency, or post-production environments. • Strong understanding of digital video/audio formats, asset workflows, and content delivery processes. • Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), or Production Asset Management (PAM) systems. • Proven ability to track asset requests, manage metadata, and coordinate multiple deliverables simultaneously. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and workflow tracking tools. • Experience with Airtable and/or Xytech is a plus. Preferred Background Media Manager, Asset Manager, Post Production Coordinator, Post Production Operations, Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Media Operations, Content Operations, Production Coordinator, or Digital Asset Management professional with experience supporting entertainment or streaming marketing campaign
