Write and optimize high-converting copy for:SMS campaignsRingless voicemail (RVM) scriptsEmail (subject lines and body)Landing pages2. Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, offers, and pages3. Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue4. Track and analyze key metrics:Conversion ratesCost per lead / qualified callRevenue per campaign and buyerROI by channel and cohort5. Set up and optimize IVR flows (Telnyx) for inbound calls6. Route calls using platforms like Ringba or Retreaver to maximize revenue7. Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale8. Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test nextQualificationsProven experience in performance marketing or direct response copywritingStrong background in outbound campaigns (SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.)Experience managing or executing high-volume campaignsHands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimizationStrong analytical skills and ability to work with performance dataClear understanding of funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)Self-starter who can execute with minimal oversightFluent English (written and professional)Full-time availability aligned with EST hoursCompensation & RemoteUSD Salary.Ability to work remotely.#J-18808-Ljbffr
