We are a growing Shopify-based water wellness brand seeking a hands-on performance marketer to profitably scale customer acquisition across GCC and European markets.
What You'll Own
- Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute acquisition, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance and optimize ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and overall profitability.
- Generate ad concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate on CRO and landing page improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid media for DTC eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record scaling profitable campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Strong experience in GCC and/or European markets.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, attribution, and conversion funnels.
- Data-driven, proactive, and highly adaptable to changing performance conditions.
- Able to independently identify opportunities and solve performance bottlenecks.
Bonus
- Experience with water wellness, water filtration, beauty, skincare, personal care, or wellness brands.
- Experience with creative strategy, UGC, and direct-response advertising.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, and Klaviyo.
