Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Outreach: Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship buildingRelationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed Contract & Commission Management: Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives (4. Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships and manage diverse affiliate relationships (Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and analytics software (like Google Analytics) (Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred (5. Preferred AttributesOwner’s Mindset: A self-starter who is motivated by driving results and is comfortable with a compensation model tied directly to performanceIndustry Knowledge: Understanding of the educational landscape and the unique motivations of student ambassadors.Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to affiliate marketing and student data privacy 6.
