We're looking for a Growth Strategist (Chief Grower) to lead our paid advertising efforts and drive contribution margin. You'll own Meta paid strategy, budget, and execution across Epic Gardening and Botanical Interests, focusing on creative strategy, paid UGC, and voice integrity.
